What is the Eberlestock Lifetime Warranty?
We stand behind the quality of our gear. Eberlestock products are guaranteed to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it at our discretion.
How long does shipping take and what are the costs?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping times vary based on your location and selected method at checkout. We offer standard ground, 2-day, and overnight shipping options. Shipping costs are calculated based on package weight and destination.
What is your return and exchange policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and items must be in brand-new condition to qualify.
How do I choose the right frame size for my pack?
Most of our packs are designed with adjustable harnesses to fit a wide range of torso lengths. We recommend measuring your torso from the C7 vertebra to the iliac crest. Detailed sizing guides and adjustment videos are available on each product page to ensure a perfect fit.

Can I wash my Eberlestock pack in a washing machine?
We do not recommend machine washing your pack as it can damage the specialized coatings and hardware. Instead, hand wash your gear using mild soap, cool water, and a soft brush. Always air dry your pack away from direct sunlight or heat sources.
